Accommodations

Camping

We have Camping spots available for purchase for 2012 now via Paypal.  Mark your dates and reserve your spot! Spots are limited this year and selling out quick! Better hurry!

You can get started with basic tents and sleeping bags, but this is another area of Doo-Nanny culture where we want to encourage extreme creativity. This is where tying stuff to the top of your car comes in.....creative Tarpology(we do a workshop on this), rugs, plants, hanging fabric, sofas, art, etc, etc, are some of the ways to take it up a notch, and this makes the village more creatively cohesive and enjoyable for all. Join with other campers to create a "neighborhood" with your own lounge and cooking fire. Create a game or other interactive element to your camp. Create, surprise, amuse......there will be a prize for the most creative encampment. Camper/RVSmall campers, RVs, utility vans.  Camping spaces will be reserved for Artist along lakeside behind Artist Booths. Larger RVs have to camp in Possum Trot Camp behind the auction house.

There is a modest camping fee of $50 per person for basic tent or car camping. This covers festival admission and admission to Saturday night celebration, 2 nights camping, and helps us provide both basic and odd services like portajohns, hot showers.  Children under 5 are free, and we ask that all minors are supervised and with adult(s) in camp.  Also, as much as we love them...PLEASE leave your dogs at home.  If you plan on bringing your RV there are 16 sites available for $60 per person.  Also, there are 10 extra private campsites available for $70 per person.  You can pay ahead here by using the donate button.  Make sure you write what you're paying for in the "purpose" box, and print your receipt.  You will need this for check in. Bring that along and we will direct you to the best camping spots.  If you prefer to pay by check or cash please arrange ahead of time via email or snail mail. Camping is limited book ahead.
